		<description>If you&#039;re in your 20s or 30s a photo is a good idea.  However, if you&#039;re over 40, I can&#039;t help but feel that it can be used to eliminate potential candidates due to age.  I, personally, have also eliminated information from my resume that may allude to my being over 40, such as older jobs I&#039;ve held and graduation years.  Although it&#039;s illegal to discriminate, I feel it&#039;s being done anyway.</description>
