There she provided leadership and direction to the recruiting staff which consistently met and exceeded the requirements of a diversified, high-profile client base. She developed and continues to maintain strong business relationships with corporate leaders, CEOs, and line managers.
Cathy also has experience as a Human Resources Generalist with Wachovia.
Cathy holds a Masters in Human Resource Development from Marymount University, and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Montclair State University
