About Cathy McCullough

Cathy is a results driven Talent Acquisition Professional with 20 years of experience in corporate recruiting and retained search firm environments.  She has a proven track record of improving and establishing effective recruiting and sourcing processes both internally and for corporate clients. 
She is currently Managing Principal at R.A.D Search, LLC, where she specializes in recruiting actuarial and financial executives and also consults with corporate clients to help them improve the productivity of their internal recruiting teams.

She previously held the position of Director of Recruiting at a Retained Search Firm focused on servicing the Insurance and Financial Services industries.  There she provided leadership and direction to the recruiting staff which consistently met and  exceeded the requirements of a diversified, high-profile client base.  She developed and continues to maintain strong business relationships with corporate leaders, CEOs, and line managers

 

Cathy also has experience as a Human Resources Generalist with Wachovia. 

 

Cathy holds a Masters in Human Resource Development from Marymount University, and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Montclair State University
